Karl Smith is preparing to race 30,000 miles solo and non-stop around the world in the Global Solo Challenge to raise awareness and funds for Parkinson's Disease Research, Care and Awareness
Smith Ocean Projects is Karl Smith's campaign to compete in the Global Solo Challenge, a non-stop, unassisted solo circumnavigation of the globe. Every mile sailed raises awareness for Parkinson's disease, a cause close to Karl's heart. This is a campaign built on purpose, not just performance.
